At ANTARTA, we aim to make delivery simple, reliable, and transparent.

UK delivery options

Standard Tracked Delivery is free on all UK orders. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Express Tracked Delivery costs £4.99 and is available to select at checkout where offered. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Order processing and dispatch

We normally process and dispatch orders within 24–48 business hours. Business hours exclude weekends and UK public holidays. The delivery estimate begins once your order has been dispatched.

If an unexpected issue delays your order, we’ll contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking and couriers

We use tracked UK couriers, including Royal Mail and Evri. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking details. Please allow a little time for the courier’s tracking page to update.

Delivery questions

Please check your delivery details before placing an order. If you notice an error or have a question about a delayed, damaged, or missing parcel, email hello@antarta.co.uk with your order number. We’ll help investigate with the courier. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
